These headphones have a sleek, almost retro design with thin metal forming the first part of the headband and connecting the earphones to the plush leather top of the headband. However, the leather earpads will make your ears hot on warm days due to their lack of breathability.
This pair of headphones gives you a great level of build quality and are usually very comfortable to use, barring the heat of the dog days of summer. After a break-in period, the earcups keep a tight seal on your ears without putting too much pressure on them, keeping them comfortable and sound-tight. Despite being classified as mobile headphones, they’re pretty heavy, with a weight of 290g.

The Bowers & Wilkins P7 fold up for storage and transport, but they don’t fold flat. They do fit into a crescent-shaped carrying case, however, which is included when you buy the headphones. While the fact that they collapse helps to reduce their size when you’re not using them, they’re not the most compact headphones. The case could also be designed to be a bit smaller and have a regular shape, like a circle, that would fit more comfortably in bags.

Unfortunately, some of the remote’s features don’t work with Android or Windows phones, but you can still use them to make calls.
The earpieces of these headphones adhere magnetically to the speaker, making it easy to remove them to access the detachable part of the cable behind it. This greatly simplifies fixing a cable problem, such as a short in the plug.
